the deluxo is easy to abuse because of its very nimble missiles and "I dodge everything" spin move

but it's hard to master because outside of its hover mode it has standard car air controls which you'll need to precisely use to hit ground targets at steep angles while also managing your altitude since you'll begin freefalling at that point. That part is hard. and also just the metagame of knowing what you can even successfully fight and to avoid things that you can't beat.

no upgrades needed there if u only use them for night club i believe, setting them up is just the first mission where u get the equipment for the e.g. meth labor. the upgrades are only for security and production value/speed from the bussiness u buy them for, no effect on the nightclub
