There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

That's the reason why my friend and I quit the casino heist once we got cayo prico cuz it's not only 1. Easier setups, 2. Less glitchy, 3. Doesn't take a whole like 2 hours (Not with opressor) to do the heist setups, just for like 500-700k maybe 1M+ each depending on the loot.

i personally like the wind farm one just because you can jump off onto the highway quickly, but most are decent, just dont pick the one at the top of the map and dont pick the one in the dam area, those ones are by far the worst, ones far from the other side of the map (makes the avenger mission ASS) and one has VERY narrow roads which makes getting some of the bigger vehicles to it more complicated and one wrong move and youre back at the start of the road lol

career builder is only available at the very beginning when first creating your online character. and if you migrate your legacy character to enhanced you don't get to use the career builder at all

if you just mean that their icon is coloured that means they're either in an organisation, or if it's a shade of red it may indicate their mental state which is a stat that goes up when you do a lot of killing.

using the career builder doesn't make you play in a specific way, it just determined what you start off already owning

and from what I've seen you post previously that's currently not much for you so I'd definitely recommend making a new save with the career builder instead of migrating over a like level 20 character

A while back I did the Meth 'ed Up mission for Gerard . But I didn't get through it . Then the game put me in another mission with a character named Dax. Shooting a rival biker gang from a rooftop. Both missions involved recovering an RV. But I got wasted trying to finish the mission of recovering the RV . Does this mean these 2 missions are related.
