You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Had a question, I’m a returning player and new to Cayo Perico. Have done it a few times. I use the longfin. Air strip kill the 2 guards and shoot the camera. Then shoot the guy infront of the hangar. Longfin to the drainage. Then I take out the 3 guys around the office. I let the first guy go fully inside to the gate and when he stops before shooting him. Headshot the 2nd and the 3rd. It’s always fine until I leave the elevator and about to escape my cover is always broken. Just unsure what I’m doing wrong

thats because the guy which stands still under office(for 10s) if he's killed on the grass, so the guy who spawns after taking the primary will see him
