They don’t get more unlikely, the percentage chance stays exactly the same. Other than a slight increase if waiting 72hrs, plus there is only 1 good target, the other 3 are pretty much on a par when taking into account the secondary loot boosts.

None of them have been patched. The methods are still the same. Close the game/disconnect internet when your character touches the envelope and reset the game’s cache every 2-3 runs

Ideally just reset it every run to be safe as it only takes like 5-10 seconds to do so
