I noticed the cooldown for having better loot is 72 hours, but when do these 72 hours start? Do they start as soon as I finish the heist? Or do they start as soon as I discover the loot I have in the heist? Or, when I first pay the setup costs?

Then, when I tried to buy a Mule Custom, it said I already have it. So, I saw a video on YouTube saying: get an NPC car and put it in the MOC, then bring the Issi Classic, and destroy the NPC car to buy a Mule Custom. But the Issi disappeared, and the NPC car disappeared too. Now I can’t buy a Mule Custom.

Once he falls you can shoot him with anything, pistol, ar, sniper which basically you're buying yourself time, his weak spot is his spinal, a little down to head and ribs

Mc clubhouse is required to buy mc businesses (coke, meth, cash, weed, documents). You can also do contracts from inside, there are "customer vehicles" you repair and deliver, and a bar that earns money.

Bunker is a business. Give it supplies, it turns them into product in which you can sell for profit.
