cost is the only reason to buy a stromberg, the toreador is better or the same in every other aspect

I personally have mine silenced and only use it for stealth. My primary weapon of choice is the Combat MG MK2.

the mk2 rifles are all basically the same, except the Bullpup which goes for rate of fire instead of damage per bullet, and AK which is just bad. Pick whichever one you like the firing sound of cause you'll hear it a lot

Its mostly for cosmetic reasons (its got a fantastic view and the building itself is very good looking) but its also because its close to my other business such as NC, auto shop and salvage yard. If your stuff is in dowtown id reccomend hawick but other than that, little seoul is cheaper and more central.

The autoshop removes modification restrictions when you modify a vehicle inside it, including parts, paints, and so on for vehicles, so I would get it but its not a "priority" unless you aim for it specifically

You don't need anything extra for the autoshop too for that benefit, outside of stealing back the yellow car for setting up the autoshop, Its only going to put you like ~1.6 - ~1.8m for a decent autoshop location stock without any mods, plus the 50k for the membership if you don't have it already

If you have 5m as is, you can still get a vigilante if you wanted, if you are short on money you can run a mission or daily quest for the little money you need left, but I'd suggest keeping a bit of money on you in the case you need it, spending all you have isn't a good option

Also, you can get both the autoshop and vigilante, but the mods for the vigilante may not be affordable if you do this
