Vehicle export is great money but you need to only do high end cars so it takes a lot of prep time. If you don't already have it set up to only give you high end cars get the agency without a dought

It's much quicker on the follow up runs, but yes it is a long series of missions

The long cutscene was the worst part but that's been updated to be skipable on follow up runs I heard

Its the last one.

On subsequent runs of the Contract, you skip a the interval wait periods and also a few other things. You can get it done from start to finish in less than 50 minutes if you are quick in enough. Probably under 40 now with the skipping cutscenes.

I prefer enhanced, because of the better graphics and optimizations for newer technologies. But if your PC is older then legacy might run better for you.

Also enhanced has some more content so that objectively makes it a little better
