I found my missing deluxo, and if anyone has this question, what you need to do is go outside and open the interaction menu (make sure any personal vehicle of yours is either far away or put to storage) then go to "Service Vehicles" then go to "Mobile Operations Center" Then go down to "Request personal vehicle", this will bring your "special" vehicle

Is there any way to disable the Acid Lab bike from putting a helmet on your character during sell missions? It’s annoying to have to re-equip any headwear I had on each time I sell. Also it’s strange that I can ride the bike in free roam without a helmet but specifically during the sell missions I always put on a helmet
