when you look at a map of cayo perico, every marked location is a POSSIBLE place something CAN spawn.

Not a GUARANTEED place something WILL spawn

and you only ever get ONE type of primary target. You cannot get madrazo files AND pink diamond in the same run. That does not happen.

I think I heard it's 6 hours.

The timer is cumulative. For special cargo warehouses, if you reach 5 hours of idle time for any size warehouse, a raid will be triggered (if your stock is above the threshold). At least according to this old Reddit post:

The one in bottom right (Land Act Reservoir) is closer to most setups but not great either.
I've seen tons of people accidently drive their prep vehicles into the water.

Paleto is only great for the act 2 B2B glitch but even then it just saves you a tiny bit of travel time.

The cargo bob ended up doing a barrel roll and chucking the vehicle into the water

my favorites are the lago zancudo facility and the route 68 one since the zancudo one is close to the high way and is the 2nd best facility if ur doing the B2B glitch for act 2, and the 68 one since its along a main road and has a really close personal aircraft spawn

How to get custom plate?

You gotta go to the custom plates R* website, then sign in and make a custom plat.
You choose a car to assign it to and once thats done then you drive that car into los santos customs.
after that you can assign any plates to any car
