The heavy armor might be helpful in the finale if you are going for the Career Progress challenge of completing all OGFA missions on hard without using snacks or armor.

Apart from the crates, I think you are given a 2nd Mogul in the finale if you are not doing it solo, iirc, so you don't have to grab it in the Mogul setup.

But, I thought I had done runs with other people after that was patched and gotten a 2nd Mogul on the finale. So, if you don't grab it on the setup, everyone goes in one plane? Never did it that way.

If you have none of them then bunker is probably the best starting point tbh

For the Iron Mule setup, I suggest using a Coquette D5 (which is bulletproof) if you're going for that challenge. Then, you won't take any damage. For the under 60 min challenge, it only counts time in the missions, so you can change sessions.

the gunrunner career doesn't allow you to choose the only good bunker location, which makes it pretty much useless
mc businesses are garbage especially early on, which makes it useless
the office doesn't even produce anything by itself and the warehouses aren't very good either

which just leaves nightclub as the only valid choice
