there's salvage yard that's similar to nightclub except you can't see the popularity bar. it goes up with tow truck missions and down with time. max 24k per day.
bail office only gets money if you send out bail agents.
arcade is just fixed daily income, up to 5k if you fill every slot with an arcade machine
garment factory is just a random number between I think 1.5k and 3k every day.

oh and obviously the new car wash one that just gets more income the more different businesses you own up to like 33k from what I've seen but I think it's only supposed to be 30k
