We don’t pick anything up, just either ride-along with the guy or drive and follow him.

First time around the flatbed has around $18k left and the guy at the destination had 90% health left.

This time the flatbed had $17k and he took one hit, had 95% health left.

if ur looking to speedrun in general I am getting the gotti itali with hsw u can do the buffered ledge grab way better with it but if ur just looking for a bike then go with the powersurge if ur going to be in tight areas and the drag if ur going to be on like long stright roads

You have to hijack the Police Van, lose the cops and bring him to his safehouse to unlock him, it might take a bit for him to message you after you brought him to the safehouse

I'm not even sure what that screenshot is supposed to show cause there are no errors shown there. the auto shop acts as a 10 car garage and you can absolutely drive the oppressor into it.
