Your findings will be different, since I’m 92.37% positive that the random event is far less broken on 5 than it is on 4 (as in, the ps5 variant of online, whereas my online is the ps4 one).

I did exactly the same thing as you did, the van stopped after I started shooting at it (whereas in your video, it kept driving a bit further), and the blue dot disappeared for me.

After which, the game warned me about my mental state rising as I killed a cop, because it wasn’t part of the event anymore.

Unless you migrated from Legacy to Enhanced

^rockstar support can allow you to undo a migration one time total, so if they want to bring it back to legacy, they can request it.

HOWEVER, after they decide to bring it back to enhanced after they’re done with whatever they need to do on legacy with the character, they will never be able to use that character on legacy again after they re-migrate it to enhanced again.

I’m chilling by the zancudo river location. I’m now in a random npc vehicle waiting. This time I will try to shoot the van with the pistol, then follow it slowly in the npc vehicle, see if the blue dot still respawns.

I gusss I’ll try, but first I need to alter my MTU for the primary account for the new session (going to story, lowered MTU, new public sesh for it, then have the other 2 characters join).

In theory nobody else should be able to join me, at least not easily.

I had someone join once, but I just voted to kick them within a few seconds each of all 3 characters, and they got kicked to a new session.

800 never allows my other accounts to join, but 850 does. Just gonna keep my fingers crossed that nobody else joins until after I finish with Packie.

Can the other 2 characters be in passive mode, or no? I have never had them in passive mode before, but I figure I’d ask.

Unless they really upped the price then you shouldn’t need to spend 7.5mil on it, that sounds like the maxed out price, you can get it and the sparrow, and then get the rest later. Running it solo is pretty easy, you’ll just need to find a route that works for you, or you can ask for help in the lfg channel for your platform

If you mean for in this server go to the lfg channel for your platform, for you either any of the enhanced (pc-e) or legacy (pc-l) channels, you should have them visible since you have the roles, these will send you to one if you click it #pc-l｜other-lfg #pc-e｜other-lfg

If you mean for someplace else then just create your own race or join a random one in game, and it should fill up with people on its own

You must’ve killed a guard somewhere that the new guards that spawn in are seeing the body.

When I used to run solo the only guard in the compound I killed was the guy on the stairs

Me personally I used to enter compound from drainage tunnel, go up the stairs to the right, run straight through the middle, hop over by the right hand side of main building, wait for guard to move, then run up the stairs, bonk the guy on the stairs, go in the office, grab the primary, then head to main gate to exit.

You can kill most guards if you like not really necessary you just have to be mindful of where you’re killing them, especially if you’re not killing the juggernaut as well,

The guard whose body causes the problem 90% of the time is the one What a Duck said he waits for to move. Kill him at or slightly before he reaches the 2nd spot he stops at when he walks towards the Main Gate. If you kill him later, the guard who spawns by the car after you take the primary loot will see the body.
