eclipse penthouse is much more customizable than any/most of the normal houses, it has a 10 car garage free with it, the view is quite decent you get a view of the entire city I believe and it's just good overall

it is on the edge of the main city though, if thats something you dont like

I have the integrity way 28 apartment, and it's very central and has a decent view if a view is what you prefer

try to spend your money on it. It will not fail you. Armored karuna is best in bulletproof but weak in bombs. I don't have D5 coquette though so i don't know yet

Do press and hold Windows then press R, type dxdiag and hit enter. After analysis, if you see DirectX 12, then something else is the problem. But probably it is not supporting dx12.

my card is the AMD counterpart from the same year as the 1070 and i have a friend with a 1060 and both of us can run enhanced just fine

if you're having issues running it, it's not due to hardware compatibility.
