This is just a guess, prolly wrong, but maybe a modder scripted it into your files? Hard to put in words, but back in the PS3 days modders could inject shit into your game files, biggest one being a windmill in front of Eclipse Towers garage to troll people. The issue was injected into the players game files so they couldn't do shit to gwt rid of the windmill, you had to fully delete and redownload the game to fix it. It's not a waste of time if it helps you learn to do more. If you kill a guard to take a motorbike from the compound grounds, then kill the jeep driver who patrols in the compound grounds (so he doesn't see the body and raise the alarm by the time you are at the Main Dock). Or, climb over the compound grounds wall, shoot the cam and take the motorbike just outside (without killing any guards on the compound grounds).

So earlier I tried to make another character in GTA online. Like add a second one. Went through all the process went to join and game and nothing.
