while i cannot answer your question, i can tell you that the outfit is basically just a beige version of the prison guard uniform from the prison break heist, which you can just buy. So you wont be missing out on much by not getting it

it doesnt even get the handcuffs on the hip that the prison guard version gets

After you do some missions, heat bar will fill up. When it gets too high, you can’t do anymore missions and have to do the legitimate aspect of the business to reset the heat bar

Car wash legitimate missions are grabbing a customer’s car and washing it
