How does the ls car meet thing work. A player brings their car to the meet, I get in and it will ask me if I want to buy it? Or do they have to specifically offer to let me buy one?
(I know it sells me a copy not the actual car but the process is foriegn)

player 2 enters the car meet and walks up to the car, and then they press the buy car button
player 1 does not lose their car and does not gain any money, but does get a bit of lscm rep

@quaint tinsel There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Just stand in the middle of LSCM and set a clicker on your camera button so it moves the camera atleast once every 14 minutes. You get kicked after 15m.

Casino heist guards spawn in wrong locations and can't use keypads sometimes, had us get to the mantrap after looting and it kicked my friend and the other 2 of us were put in private lobbies but still in the mantrap. it might be your connection to the host, that is correct. but at the end of the day the issue is still your latency and thus your connection

so problem is always on your end

if it was on the hosts end they would disconnect. not you.

It's not buggy in the same sense. There are places you need to be careful so as to not be "rapid-fired" upon. It's unwritten, but I suggest everyone being in the CEO org for every mission. Otherwise, CMM progress can be randomly reset. There are things that can ruin your CMM - like explosive boxes on the Act 3 finale. One friend has had bad luck with the jets on the Air Defenses setup, but I never used to worry about them. Today, someone had a setup appear to fail on her screen while it completed normally on mine - that was a first.
