The odds of the pink diamond are 10% within 72 hours of last playthrough. People do that if they replay glitch. That's what makes it worth saving their time.

you get it by installing the lab equipment into the back of a brickade 6x6 for $750k

the brickade itself you get by either completing the first dose missions for the fooligans (started at the R icon in the abandoned motel in sandy shores) or you can just buy it

they dont need to, acid labs are piss easy. Single delivery vehicle and it's fast. Sales dont tend to last more than like 8 minutes tops. Less if you're quick about it

plus you can pop ghost organization for 3 minutes of stealth

@keen crag for the record, you can run your "passive" businesses in the background while you do something like The Contract which takes a bit over an hour and pays out a million bucks. And after that your businesses will have produced some stock that you can then also sell (or choose to wait a bit longer for the stock bars to actually reach capacity so you dont have to sell super often)

if you've got a bunch of stuff running you'll be making a lot of small amounts that add up very quickly

~50k per hour from the nightclub warehouse
~62k per hour from the nightclub safe
~23k per hour from the agency safe
~58k per hour from the bunker
~60k per hour from the acid lab

plus some bits and bobs here and there from maybe salvage yard safe, arcade safe, garment factory safe
on top of whatever active mission you may be running while all this stuff happens in the background

(those numbers are already accounting for cost of supplies, they're pure profit)
