You can also boost the nightclub popularity by throwing out a troublemaker, a task you often get when entering the nightclub on foot. If you instead get the task of driving someone, just exit and enter again.

I haven't checked the correct timing on Enhanced. I use the Autohotkey script, which eliminates the need to get the timing right. On Legacy, you disconnect when the guy would have taken his 4th step on the raised pavement after handing you the envelope and walking away. It's different on console.
