I would say completing the tutorial is the most obvious first step
However for the career, I suggest the nightclub owner when you pick between the 4

After that, complete the tutorial, setup the nightclub

Go and do the V on the map near the beach (cluckin bell) which can pay you 500k every run and 250k additionally first time completion
The R in sandy shores (at ace liquor, left on the map if there is 2 R's), that is an 11 mission series that pays 1.25m, an upgradable business and a super car when you complete all of it

Then you should have enough money from the nightclub safe to at least cover the 200k mark and ontop of the 2m from those 2 mission series, have 2.2m which is just enough to buy a kostka (For cayo perico)

With the warehouse on the nightclub its one vehicle per sale however high sales require more storagable vehicles, which is why you get the pounder custom off warstock, unless you mean another warehouse then Ill correct myself

vehicle cargo has the fastest return in investment as you can steal 1 high end car and immediately sell it for the max amount of profit you'll ever get for it

special cargo and hangar both require that you sell multiple crates at once in order to get the most amount of money out of them

out of those two, i'd much rather do hangar since it scales better with having associates (you get more crates per mission if you have teammates) and also the missions are way less repetitive

and you also only need 50 crates to fill it up as opposed to a large special cargo warehouse needing 111 crates

which you also have to pay for with special cargo but are free for the hangar
