yes it is the submarine for cayo.
Nightclub is nice to have when you start to have multiple upgraded businesses, and can cost a bit to get started. In my opinion cayo is the way to go. (also check acid lab, to setup a nice passive income for almost free)

Agency can also be worth looking into, as kotsaka got a cooldown on the heist

I would probably suggest in this order : Acid lab > Agency > kotsaka (though you could go for kotsaka second)

After you get out of the tunnel go to your right (the side with juggernaut).

After your up the stairs, line up behind the two guards next to the pool and headshot both quickly.

After killing those 2 run back, climb the fence behind you and hide.

Hold your grenade and press R when your behind the juggernaut to stun him, then kill him.

Go back to the middle hallway with a guard going left and right, shoot the guard when he's out of camera's line of sight, then shoot camera.

Climb the stairs into rubio office, kill the first guy next to railing. Up the stairs, run towards the guy walking downstairs and press R with your weapon to kill. Killing him with a gun will alert.

Get into office, take safe money, get out, go to the sewer and use the key there if you found, use the elevator if you didnt find it. Steal primary, get out, kill the guy with the bike outside and steal it.

Drive to helipad and kill the lonely guard, then drive past him to left. Jump off the shore and swim away

I’m lvl 30, I have bunker, mc, counterfeit, acid lab, office, agency, Kataska. Currently doing agency missions and drdre/Cayo heists

Open wheel races gave 4-5k RP during its boost week

This week however is quite stale for race RP

I think you get 1 or 2 missions, of the 6 total, auto unlocked upon purchase.

Moc requires a bunker.
Avenger requires a hangar or facility.

You'll have to take your vehicles back to the garage you want them in as well, regardless of what you go for. When you upgrade em in the moc/arena it stores the vehicle there, so if you want it in a certain garage you'll have to move it back.

In career progress under contact missions, one of the tier 4 requirements, the don't lose over 50% of your HP one, is stuck on 5/6 and I've replayed all the missions of Paper trail with taking little to no damage and it still didn't count

Thinking about buying the akula but I am still a bit unsure about the main selling point, the stealth mode so I’ll just assume something and let y’all correct me. If I fly into let’s say gang territory in stealth mode then they will completely ignore me, then I deactivate stealth mode, unleash a barrage of missiles and they’ll start shooting at me (I’m hovering quite low) and now when I turn stealth mode back on again (without moving an inch) they will just completely ignore me again.
