The first time I tried it last week, I disconnected when the money showed, as that used to work on Legacy. I lost the finale. I had recorded it and saw the orange circle appeared earlier. So, I tried disconnecting as soon as the Mission Passed message appeared. That worked for me. But, I suggest you just use the Autohotkey script, which is what I usually do. I was just testing if the manual timing had changed.

It can spawn next to you and does not count as a personal vehicle.

the sparrow is really good overall for getting things done. I highly recommend it. You could go for the bunker and MC businesses. Avoid the nightclub until you have other businesses

Then you have to buy the workers, then you have to upgrade the delivery vehicles, then you have to buy the upgrades of nightclub which isn't cheap. You also have to buy the extra stores to utilize the underground part of it well. It's not a friendly business for beginners
