Essentially:

Player 1 enters car meet with, say, a Banshee.

Player 2 walks up to the car and buys it for what the game has it listed for, plus the cost of whatever upgrades are on the car. (So a 2m car with 500k in upgrades is 2.5m)

Player 1 does not get the money and they do not lose their car. They get a bit of car meet rep.

Player 2 gets an exact copy of player 1's car, minus the crew logo and custom license plate text.

New Gen players also get an HSW discount (free HSW upgrade).

Better to just have the noobs stay somewhere safe or drive D5s or Kurumas to escort. The others can go back for the other bikes. There is a time limit, but it's quite doable. On the finale, k*ll hostages to get Noose and after grabbing the bikes take the first Noose van up the western highway with everyone inside directly to the boat. That's the safest CMM strategy.

That timing used to work for me but didn't last week. I recorded the run and saw the orange circle appeared earlier. I then tried disconnecting as soon as the Mission Passed message appeared. That worked. I prefer using the Autohotkey script but was testing if the correct manual timing had changed.

I followed one video (can't find it now) for the High Society Leak - enter the mansion from the other entrance, go to the terrace, make sure to damage the chopper enough while it's over the mansion, k*ll yourself to respawn at the beach, grab the phone and jump (with a car) over the fence into Ft. Zancudo, grab a Lazer and parachute to your agency.
