cayo has a hard cap of about 4 mil per 30minutes as a source of income, if you play too much of it you simply stop earning money from it. Same with Diamond casino heist
as for dr dre, you can replay them, but its likely money is capped as well to a degree

I mean I'm trying the replay glitch where I don’t receive any money when I’m the host. Here’s what I do: I turn off the internet right after the guy takes the envelope. Then I turn the internet back on, and it shows "Heist Complete" — but I don’t get any money. Instead, it just resets and asks me to start the heist again without setup. Meanwhile, my friend does get the money every time. I’ve done it 6 times, and he’s received the payout all 6 times, but I got nothing.
