Meth Lab - Pharmaceutical Research
Counterfeit Cash Factory - Cash creation

** You will need a MC clubhouse to purchase the 3 MC businesses mentioned above / office to purchase the Special Cargo Warehouse **

Additionally , I suggest you get all 5 floors ( which cost roughly 1.7m ) to increase the maximum amount of stock you can store in your nightclub basement . Other than that , get the Equipment Upgrade to increase how fast your products produce ( this will cost you 1,425,000 )

After all of that , you're done setting it up , just let it cook in the background . Now just sell every time your Coke/Meth/Cash are at full stock ( which is usually every 20 hours irl )
It will generate around 1,018,500 for you to sell

You will need a bigger delivery vehicle since it's over 89 stock and you can't use the Speedo Custom . So get yourself a Pounder Custom to deliver your goods

Random fact : you can call Yohan on your phone to check how many goods you currently have in your NC . You are also able to Request Nightclub Goods to start a mission to steal some crates for your NC ( this will have a 20 minutes cooldown each time )

The only real difference is what approach vehicles you will be using

Easiest for solo players will be taking the Longfin with main dock entry and go to the airstrip to get the secondary loot first ( Coke/Weed/Cash ) then straight go to the compound and infiltrate via drainage tunnel

Duo and above , just use Kosatka submarine with drainage tunnel entry and just swim to the compound then infiltrate via drainage tunnel and get all the gold in the compound

For bearer bonds , the plasma cutter prep will auto changes to safe codes prep , the rest just follow your usual preps

He's good if you're fresh to the game and dont own a terrorbyte yet and thus dont have access to paige but other than that he's kinda unnecessary

since his unlock condition is just destroying the jammers rather than buying a million dollar truck that realistically doesnt do anything other than upgrade your oppressor

in my opinion yes. As said above, avi DOES give you 4 seconds more time than she does. But he takes more money to do that. Is 4 seconds of time worth 1% of the final take to you?
Yes - Use avi
No - Use paige

and he is also way cheaper to unlock by not requiring you to own a garment factory/nightclub and a terrorbyte
