Basically u turn off your wifi/turn on airplane mode at a specific time after you complete the finale. You can do this 2 times and get 2 million but then you have to wait 1 hour to do it again so you don’t hit the limit of 2.5 million an hour. Otherwise it will show an error and you will have to do the set ups again

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.
