Yeah. Not guaranteed to work, but the idea is to let them spawn and let them leave. Then chase and shoot the van until they step out rather than hijack it by shooting the driver. Be careful, 'cause like you saw in the video, when people see a police van and another player inside of it, they're thrice as likely to come try and kill you.

Depends on who you ask. I'm not a fan of the Dre contract. It's 13 mission vs Cayo around 6 missions for about the same money. I also dont like how the Dre Contract is youbl fight this group for 3 missions, then another group for 3 missions, etc.....

I love the Agency but more as a base of operations than a money maker. You can make some good cash but I like that you have a weapons work shop where you can buy armor, it has snacks, a 20 car garage with it's own shop to do regular and Imani upgrades. It's my favorite spawn point.

The one i was doing was triggered outside FIB headquarters. They gave me a old black car and made me wear like 60s detective clothes. First mission was two points. A and B. Near point A was a construction disguise that gave me access to the second floor where i had to carefully pick off the agents to gather a ipad and harddrive. B was in the dark and i had to find a vr headset
