There's this guy that killed me a few times right when I spawned in and I just left it alone. But the next hour I watched our for him and then he was on the other side of the city destroying people's business sales so I took that opportunity to sneak to my raiju to help them out. So he's distracted with 3 other players right? Soon as I get to my jet boom I die from his submarine missile.

My question is how the heck did this guy know what I was doing and why was I a priority target when I could've just been minding my own business? He got in his sub and attacked so quickly I don't know how he did it.
