Kuruma is better at bullet protection and shooting angle is way more also

Duke of death is muscel and wheelies. Is much heavier and harder to push around. Is bulletproof complete to all bullet types except from only the front. It can also take 2-3 RPGs. Non lock on. (Ideal for public)

Armored karma is bulletproof fully only to NPCs. Metal jacket rounds can easily pierce it. It's light weight. Takes 1 missile. Can have glitched interior seats. (Ideal for NPC missions)

Duke can take explosives and Kuruma can not. Duke o death can also be equiped with a Lock On Jammer. Use Kuruma for PVE missions since they almost always only shoot with guns. And you could use the Duke o Death for public lobbies if you so wish.

I guess it comes down to what your going to use the vehicle for. I'm not at huge fan of the Sparrow but I use it to get from the sub to land then switch to my mk2 for Cayo setup. It's also nice (as with the acid lab delivery bike) that you can have either out while having a personal vehicle. Sometimes I use both as a bridge vehicle when switching between my mk2 and Rajiu.

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.
