Try google. There are various websites and videos out there that show which liveries have been released. Most of them, are awarded for login in, completing time limited challenges, or buying it when they come into the dealerships.

So if you missed it, only way to get it is by doing glitches since that vehicle cannot be sold at LSCM.

I would look it up before buying it though, sometimes when you buy them it doesn’t unlock the livery so if you sell the vehicle you loose the livery
