if youre on legacy thats normal, maybe theyre forcing a malfunction like they did on ps4 and xbox one to force people to hop to enhanced, happened to me back on legacy, stuttering, fps drops and map dissapearing but since i hopped to enhanced i havent got those problems, if its enhanced tho it might be a graphics issue, if going to enhanced doesnt solve it/you're already on enhanced then head to #gta-tech-support, hope this helps

the pilot can only access the 40mm, you will need at least one passenger so they can access the 25mm and 105mm as well

Once you have the upgrades and businesses attached. It's easy. Just sell when full and that's it. It fills it sself so you don't need to get supplies.
