both of those can be done solo, cayo is generally better with a duo but still doable solo

instead of buying all the upgrades at once do them one at a time, so get the accomodation first so you can respawn there, then get the others

If you still use kosatka as vehicle in the heist, i would suggest using Longfin since it's easier prep and you can go to airstrip, main dock, or north dock if you need to get secondary loot first there

The way i see is that those disruption would help much if you are doing the heist the aggresive way, you know, gun blazing lol

Also, answering your solo-related question, no it's not hard, you just gotta plan your way from the start to the finish, considering where your loot is, for example, as you can see in the image, i have coke at north dock and weed at the airstrip (fyi, no solo obtainable secondary loot at the compound), i would plan it like this, start at the north dock, get the coke and then go to the airstip to get weed and a little bit of cash to fill the bag, after that i go to the compound to take the primary target and escape, voila it's done
