No you asked if the preps can be done in an invite only. Which you can. But Doomsday also has setup missions on top of the prep missions. Those setup missions take you to a separate mission lobby where you need a buddy

yes, pick longfin if u are solo and want secondary loot, or pick kosatka if u only want primary loot or u have a 2nd person to get the gold from inside compound. (although sometimes u can get double painting in el rubios office which means u can fill up on secondary loot solo inside the compound)
