There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Essentially:

Player 1 enters car meet with, say, a Banshee.

Player 2 walks up to the car and buys it for what the game has it listed for, plus the cost of whatever upgrades are on the car. (So a 2m car with 500k in upgrades is 2.5m)

Player 1 does not get the money and they do not lose their car. They get a bit of car meet rep.

Player 2 gets an exact copy of player 1's car, minus the crew logo and custom license plate text.

New Gen players also get an HSW discount (free HSW upgrade).

Once you have the terrbyte, you also need to buy the speacial workshop to add rockets to the Oppressor.

I don't own a Sparrow but I used to use the Buzzard for grinding. That said, I think the Oppressor is way better for grinding due to how quick you can take off and land.

Which 2? I think the Nightclub is the best passive buisness but it's a lot to set up. If you are thinking about buying the nightclub just for the Oppressor, you could buy the Garment Factory instead. Bonus with the Garment Factory is you can have the Master Control Terminal in the Terrabyte. I have it and it's awsome.
