I over wrote a 2nd character and was able to do the career builder. That said you have to spend 3mil of the 4mil. I banked the 1mil left over and used it on my main character I migrated.

Those three are the best since they give you 35% bonus for every 25 crates. Which is $51k sell for each crate if you sell all 50.

They payout is more than doing a security contract and the source missions are easier. You do have the extra step of selling but the sell missions is easy.
