The atomizer is great to get vehicles unstuck. I used it many times. The railgun is a great alternative to the MK2 explosive heavy sniper. Tactical is great from driving since it got 60 shot capacity.

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Yes, at 60% is very common to get tequila. If you wait 72 hours (real time) the chance of tequila goes to 0%. But you won’t have hard mode and that’s 3 days you could be making money.
