The drunk guard key is needed to get the perico pistol. A high damage hand gun that you have to reload after every shot. If you want that gun, then yeah.

Nightclub is a good investment with the best passive income in the game. If you can afford a good location go for it. It works with your MC businesses to source additional product to sell. For example, my MC Business stock as of last night was 200k in weed farm, 315k in coke, 193k in meth and 385k in nightclub supplemented by the MC businesses. On top of the 385k pre-bonus in sales I also get 50k every 48 minutes for free. It’s an amazing property if used right, even without the other MC Businesses tho the 50k passive income is nice.

(TL;DR, your nightclub directly scales with your MC Empire and can make bank if used right)

It’s a lot of work and doesn’t make enough money. You basically steal a car then sell a car. Lot of driving involved. If you want to try it just get the cheapest location. It’s good to have so you can store special vehicles like the phantom wedge. I don’t recommend it if you want it to make money.

Run the heist and run around the compound until you become familiar with the guard routes. You have unlimited time to practice

The easiest money that you’re going to make in terms of time spent versus money earned is with the Cayo Perico heist. That requires you to have the Kosatka submarine (which is 2m+), but it’s very easy to make that money back when you’re making 1.3-1.6m per heist

That’s without going the paid route and just buying shark cards, obviously. But I would not recommend doing that at all

CEO office only gives you two options. Crates-source and sell or Vehicles-source and sell. Basically the same thing, you steal something then sell something. You are sort of still doing missions anyways.

I recommend The clucking bell raid and the acid lab which are a good introduction to the two main ways to make money. Both can be done solo. Check YouTube for step by step guides.

It’s all about staying in cover when you first start. Just take your time and use an armored vehicle. You should have a free Duke o death in warstock

When there is no cover, use your vehicle. I used the free gun and car just to show that is possible to do without having to buy expensive vehicles or weapons.

Unfortunately the Duke of death is not as good as the kuruma, you can still get shot thru the windows so that’s why I get out and cover behind it. If you can afford a kuruma, it is a lot better.

The website always says that it could take up to 30 minutes to show up in game, but it’s usually less than that. Just make sure you published it and that it’s set as the crew logo in social club. It should have made a post stating that. You have to reload the game after making changes to take effect.

I recommend nightclub, just because in my opinion that’s the best business and I don’t really use the other ones.

You won’t make money from it right away other than the safe if you keep up the popularity but getting it free helps.

If you already used the other ones on your PS4 account and liked doing them then go for that.

Out of those 4 options the only one that can make you money right away is the gun running business. The other ones require you to purchase other things to set up. But I don’t like gunrunning sell missions. It depends on what you like. I would chose nightclub to get it free then do clucking bell and acid lab since those are free.

Don’t get me wrong, the bunker (gunrunner) is a good money maker. But to me it’s a grind and sell missions could take too long if you are solo.

For clucking bell you don’t need to buy any property, just go to the V in the map.

It’s very straight forward to complete, it’s a good introduction to mission based money making. You can do the whole thing with a handgun.

Just play the game, everything aside roaming around in free mode gives you XP.

If you looking to grind levels the grinding CEO crates will give you the most XP per time spent.but this will get boring very quick unless you are very determined to level up.

The specification service allows players to buy vehicles from other players at the Los Santos Car Meet (LSCM). Both players need to have an LSCM membership. To buy a vehicle, stand next to it and follow the prompt. The buyer pays base price plus upgrades. The seller gets car meet RP and does not lose the vehicle. The specification service can be turned on/off at LSCM using the interaction menu. The base price of a vehicle can be found by typing /carsearch in the #gta-vehicles channel.

You cannot set the price, it will be base price plus the cost of any upgrades. They buy a copy of your car and you get car meet XP.

It’s good for buying a removed car from a friend. Or if you want a livery on a car that you haven’t unlocked. Or modded stuff, if you are into that.

If I remember correctly that was from a custom job. Not sure if it was patched. Check you tube, they usually post a link to the job so you can bookmark it. Then reload your game and launch the job.

Looked at recent videos for the alien outfit and no requirement is mentioned to trigger the events. So you are supposed to be able to get them to spawn in an invite only session with no time requirement. Must be bugged too if you are having a hard time getting it.

Not much, all these new mission based properties like auto shop, clucking bell, bail bonds, and now garment factory only pay a small set amount to helpers. Can’t adjust the cut, only the host gets the big pay out.

Thats intentional, drift tuned cars cant get performance upgrades and the drift tune reverses already existing performance upgrades

There is a disclaimer mentioning it and you will see that your stats go down if you have them adjusted

There are 3 upgrades:
Staff-slows down popularity decrease.
Equipment-increases the production.
Security-increase the raid timer.

The technician you have assigned will gather supplies and stock for the selected business, which stays in your nightclub and will be sold alongside the other business supplies

The actual businesses are unaffected so you dont need to fill up their supplies or anything for them to work with nightclub
