If you deliver an almost full club then you’ll use the semi
And you can upgrade the semi pretty good. I had an oppressor come after me and I took it down with the semis homing missle.
If you see that your about to lose and get blown up, just close the game.
You won’t lose your inventory only a small percentage

There are only 2 difficulty
For example if you did big con first (it will be locked afterwards), after you do silent and sneaky. Big con will be open again but with a skull beside it (that is hard mode). But if you do aggressive after the silent and sneaky, big con will be back to normal, but silent and sneaky will be in hard mode

If you get the parking garage sale,as soon as you enter the ground floor of said garage look for the undercover cop car and shoot it. This will trigger the wanted level for the mission instead of going to the top floor and interacting with the car and damn near dying.
