For the Vehicle Warehouse, try to get 10 standard and 10 mid-range cars and don't sell them. Then, every car you source will be high-end. You can just sell those. They're worth more.

oh well you can buy pretty much anything, you can start with kosatka which unlocks a cayo perico heist, that'll make it easy to earn money. you can also buy yourself some businesses like a special cargo warehouse which isn't bad for making money

you can also go to Dax' marker on the map to unlock the first dose missions, after completing them you'll get an acid lab

I think clucking bell heist is also pretty good since it has no requirements

and you can look up the navy revolver challenge, stone hatchet challenge and the golden revolver challenge

No prerequisites, just gotta buy the vehicle and sell.

buy kosatka, casino and facility, those are good for money but take some time. there are other properties like the bail bonds, agency, CEO office, garment factory, salvage yard, auto shop that you can still buy

People advise to not buy the Mule Custom, because it sucks and you can't get rid of it after you buy it. The Pounder Custom can be used for any sales too large for the Speedo van.

if you do it with a friend y'all can just do each other's heist while yours is on cool down, it's a 48min cd when you do it with someone

i usually do the heist alone, i take the longfin to the airstrip for the secondary targets, and then to the compound

and i get 1m per cayo

even with the sinsimito as primary target

i got one friend but he lives in europe, and you know that the timezone is different

So i was interested on the nightclub, but i dont know how it works at 100%

if you're doing it solo I'd say try to gather as much Intel as possible, especially about the 2man secondary loot places, it has a much higher chance of spawning coke. take long fin approach from north beach (or go from the other one if the guard clothes are by the airstrip). the 2 man lockup can be opened by 1 person on the north side if you tap it once and you're able to loot the coke

obviously try to pick up the guard clothes if possible so it's easier for you, if you want to you can also just go to the truck and then drive into the compound and the guards shouldn't shoot you if you don't have your gun out
