I am only guessing, but I would think the 72-hour "cooldown" would not reset, because it has to be 72 hours from your last playthrough (completing the finale), not from the last time you paid the set-up fee or scoped. At the same time, I doubt the odds would change after 72 hours from the last playthrough since you already paid the setup fee in between (didn't wait 72 hours). But, it's hard to test these things and know for sure.

Personal preference, only diff is that in the night time, the guards' cones (including the juggernau) become shorter in size/length

But I choose day everytime, night time gives me less fps for some reason plus for me it's a lil bit challenging to see the guards in the dark

How do you trade cars?

Essentially:

Player 1 enters car meet with, say, a Banshee.

Player 2 walks up to the car and buys it for what the game has it listed for, plus the cost of whatever upgrades are on the car. (So a 2m car with 500k in upgrades is 2.5m)

Player 1 does not get the money and they do not lose their car. They get a bit of car meet rep.

Player 2 gets an exact copy of player 1's car, minus the crew logo and custom license plate text.

Loading, as it should. Clearing cache just resets your custom settings and clears bullshit files. You'll have to set up any custom settings again.

Random tip for you, I've noticed keeping the plane nose tip slightly pointing up gives a small boost in speed

The specification service allows players to buy vehicles from other players at the Los Santos Car Meet (LSCM). Both players need to have an LSCM membership. To buy a vehicle, stand next to it and follow the prompt. The buyer pays base price plus upgrades. The seller gets car meet RP and does not lose the vehicle. The specification service can be turned on/off at LSCM using the interaction menu. The base price of a vehicle can be found by typing /carsearch in the #gta-vehicles channel.
