Eh, OpMk2 missiles in particular have a tendency to glitch out sometimes and go hyper fast/super tracking, making them literally impossible to dodge even with flares

I can dodge missiles easily in a heli, let alone a jet. Yet periodically, a random OpMk2 missile will go noticeably faster and turn quicker than the other missiles and manage to hit me while I’m full speed in a loop in a raiju, or orbit my heli twice to circle back and hit me. Like a Deluxo missile

Definitely a lag problem, more so an issue with game net code/coding in general. I mean, the quick play exploit for jet cannons is a classic example of how inconsistent the game is in this regard

No, but there’s still other current examples such as the armor bug for aircraft and such. Game is not consistent at all and it’s ridiculous that a flying motorcycle with a boost that can be spawned directly next to you 3 different ways has a better weapon kit than dedicated military aircraft

And the overpowered nature of the Mk2 is ever so apparent whenever a Mk2 user goes against someone who is a legit pilot or can otherwise counter it, Mk2 users will repeatedly call their Mk2 up and try the same strategy of spamming their missiles while spiraling upwards and beyond that, they have no idea how to PvP

Not ever gonna happen really though, there are really two types of Mk2 users. Grinders who use it for its convenience and are fundamentally disinterested/unskilled in PvP, and then there’s those who uses the Mk2 as a coping mechanism for easy kills in PvP

All of the info and guides I've seen on assault rifles for now are that the special carbine mk2 and the carbine rifle mk2 are the best, but to be honest when I use them it feels like they arent really that good. Then when I got the bullpup rifle in one mission to use, it felt way better.

If you are new, I recommend you do the clucking bell farm raid and the acid lab business. They are a good introduction to the two different ways of making money in GTA. TGG has very detailed step by step guides for those two in YouTube.
