To get hard mode, you have to pay the set up fee within 48 minutes after the cooldown. This is real time, so if you are not online to pay the fee you will miss the hard mode.

Keep in mind that this also bugs out sometimes. I payed the fee to lock in the hard mode before logging off then the next day I would find that the board was reset and o had to pay the fee again. So now, I usually do the scope out mission and force a save before logging off to make sure it saves.

you can do the nightclub mission( dont recommend), you can walk in and tony will send you a message(blue dot will appear on map), where you either take home a vip or kick someone out, OR if you are lazy af, then just rebook constantly with 10k until you max it out(you can do this in the underground warehouse and you wont get the 10hour cutscene and get sent to the nightclub floor)

get a kosatka. cayo pericos are very easy to do solo when you learn how. you can also do replay glitches with other people to make lots of money even faster. then save up for the sparrow inside the kosatka. makes it very quick and easy to do. then start saving for a terrorbyte and eventually get the oppressor mk2

imani tech vehicles are good but that means you need money… the agency has a contract that takes a little longer than cayo perico and pays 1 million. cayo perico still pays a bit more and is faster to do though

Oh, I think it might be gone. You could try to switch back into personal storage to see if it comes back but I doubt it. You cannot store a vehicle in the workshop. Eventually it returns to the original spot where the vehicle was stored

Go in your pause menu, go to the online tab, then jobs,play jobs, R* created, missions, and you can see the player requirements for all the different contact missions. Most can be done solo but there are some that require 2 or 4 players.
