by having techs assigned to the 5 starting goods , buying the first 2 upgrades and keeping the nightclub popularity at 100% by going to the nightclub every 96 min to get the marcel request missions and complete them or to increase popularity you can also change the dj , for the first time a dj is brought it in it would be 100% popularity and 10% the next time onwards . you loss 5% popularity per in-game day ( 48 min )

The perico pistol? You have to get a key from a guard that’s passed out somewhere in the map. It will be a random event that will show up as a blue dot. Once you have that, do the cayo perico heist, go to the office and you can use that key on the right side of the desk.

It’s the highest damage regular handgun, but the fire rate is horrible. You reload after every shot.

With the right vehicle and in a full public lobby yes, you want something fast with the ability to destroy vehicles, raiju has been the best one so far, just run a land source mission and when you get to it just land on top of the materials then fly back to your hangar, and if it’s a vehicle just destroy the vehicle with whichever vehicle you have and land on the crates, and when you source crates alternate between narcotics, chemicals and medical supplies but only do two, so choose two then alternate them, by the Time you deliver the second crate the timers will be up on the first and you can alternate, it isn’t exactly an hour but hour to hour and a half ish if you’re lucky a bit longer if you get unlucky and get sub missions
