Because as far as I know this is a feature that helps people not lose progress due to external factors
Which created a loophole
But there is a set of "punishments" that are already there, one is the host doesn't get paid and the other is it gets reset after 3 times.

Idk if there can be a detection tool for this because the one who performes it is not benefiting from it
And it is legitimate in game standards
But if a human was observing you, then maybe you would receive a ban.

For the dupe glitch the detection tool is very logical and straightforward
But the b2b thing would be a patent worthy solution

thats a common problem which I have encountered in past too. I made my friend host and give me 85%. But later on, I tried it solo with a perfect timing and it worked (like 1-2 years ago). U have to be precise. If you didn't get money but replay worked, it means u couldn't land the timing just correctly

if you’re running cayo, please be careful during the intro mission the first time doing it. i had to restart my PS5 during the mission (i was already on the island at the party). when i relaunched, i had to start the intro mission all over. when i scoped out the island, there was no panther statue. i guess that it’s counting this as my second run through. heads up.

Complete it with panther on normal mode activate hard mode and then go back to your main character and do it you will still have panther on there as long as you don’t complete the heist on that account.

Panther is guaranteed for first primary on first run of both characters this week after that it’s back to rng.

Whatever character you complete the heist on after you wait for pavel to call you back scope it again to activate hard mode you will lose panther because you completed it on that character. I don’t know how it exactly works because I’m a newer player.
