Planning out how my friends can get started as a Level 1 and this is what I have so far. The end goal is to buy the Kosatka submarine to unlock the Cayo Perico Heist as a primary money making method. This list excludes time-trials, G's stash, double/triple money weeks and methods that have a level/money or owned property requirement to start. I only recently came back to playing but tried to find out what a good method is for 2024.
This is also for PC and doesn't include that career-starter thing for next gen consoles. For the missions on the above list, purchase of a cheap garage, the free duke o death and a few starter weapons will be done using the money from the treasure hunts. It also includes first time completion bonuses if you were curious about the money amount.

Managed to sell a full acid stock in a full lobby. It was a pretty chaotic lobby, lots of weaponized vehicles and killings going on, but thankfully I was left alone; the other players were busy targeting each other/NPCs. Off the radar and ghost org are way too short, and their cooldowns are way too long. Instead of 1 minute/3 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown each, it should be 90 seconds/5 minutes, with a 3 minute cooldown each. Especially when it comes to the "sting operation" acid sell mission, you have to:

Go to the parking garage (mine was in Del Perro)
Go all the way to the top, where the Washington is
Throw a sticky bomb at the undercover cop car nearby
Clear the area, then press G to detonate the sticky bomb remotely--otherwise, you'll be swamed by aimbot cops. I learned the hard way
Duck into the light rail tunnel entrance in Pillbox Hill
Wait for the cops to stop looking for you
Go to the backup dropoff

All this takes time. After my Ghost Org, then OTR, ran out, the only things I could do was call Imani for Out of Sight, and pray. It could have gone south very fast.

Also, if anyone has tips on where to hide from the cops elsewhere in LS/Blaine County, I'd be glad to hear it.

I find that the home delivery in Blaine County, although a long drive, can actually be a better sell mission, since all the killings and griefing usually happen in LS.

for the hiding packages one (listen to Mutts phone call to be ready for the type of sell mission), 2 close ones are usually being observed by undercover cops in a single car, it's the typical cop car but grey so should easily be identified before hiding entering area

and also just in case, before entering the hiding area, set a waypoint to the next destination in case u get spotted by cops for the one entering and gotta lose them so might as well head to the next closest point anyways and they're pretty easy to lose

After doing Cayo, start another preparation as soon as Pavel informs you that you can. IIRC you have like 24 minutes or so real time to sprint to your Kosatka...Or 15 minutes? Sources indicate 48 minutes but better double-check that elsewhere
