No, on PC the host can get paid replay glitching (whether solo or duo or whatever). His timing was off by a little.

In the lfg channels, you will see console players ask for b2b - 1 player hosts and gives the other 85%, then the other hosts and gives the 1st player 85%. Because on console, the host doesn't get paid when replay glitching. On PC, they do get paid.

Yeah, you need to buy an arcade. To do that you have to meet Lester. Go to the H on your map a little south of the casino and press E to contact Lester. Then go to the L near Mirror Park to meet him.

Your timing is off by a little. You could use the Autohotkey script method to eliminate the need to time it, but BattlEye can detect it, and I don't know how R* plans to handle that (though R* can already tell how much you replay glitch since that money doesn't count towards Earned in your stats but shows up in your Spent and Bank).

On tops, you have to have clothing that has the option in order to be able to add the crew logo. If the option doesn’t show then you have to choose another top.
