These are the spawn locations, from what I understand there is a 50% you get your clone instead. It only happens at night and you cannot be in a weaponized vehicle. Just drive a regular vehicle around the city and you’ll get it eventually

You can check in the menu by "dry buying" the one you want. Select everything to see the price but don't actually click buy.

Internal upgrades are the same cost for all nightclubs.

You have to go to the one you wanna buy not the one you own.

And you can only see the internal upgrades after you bought it

Hangar and ceo crates are pretty much the same. Pay is good but lot of work. I just source a few crates per day and when full I let them sit until it goes double money. For CEO I keep at 77 to avoid raids.
