The Auto Shop is Excellent Investment. I have it, the Auto Salvage Business is another great business to buy. I own both in Strawberry. Very close and EZ to operate.

There's 3 autoshop contracts that appear at a time, they rotate every 48 minutes, and you can technically do all 3 but you'd need an MK2 or something fast for the prep missions.

Nah I can do UD in about 20 minutes or so, preps included, and no tp'ing.

They can go a bit faster if you do em enough and learn the patterns, and having a 2nd person is always helpful.

UD can be a pain solo cuz the heli mission.

And the other 3m can be used to buy other things to make $ or cars, etc...

You'd be working even harder just to move locations.

Cluckin Bell Raid is 500k when you beat the finale, fairly easy to complete as well. Run that for what you need to get the autoshop in a better location. Or lfg for a heist.

You can also use the autoshop to upgrade your personal vehicles, and if you do so in the autoshop, you get I believe a 5% discount, plus all level/race/etc... related upgrades are unlocked and available for purchase. So for example a level 1 can technically get max engine/brakes/etc... and even lime green and chrome I believe as well.

But Rockstar implemented a legit version, and called it the Vorschlaghammer. That's where the confusion comes from, because if you search for W140, you get hits for the mod instead of the actual in-game car

If you have everything, I'm assuming that also includes a Kosatka. Making money fast is best done through the Cayo heist. If you don't have the cash for that, try running some Acid Sales, it'll be faster than the other businesses. Or try some missions (the survival that's 2x$ right now, for example) to make some money. Or just run Nightclub popularity missions to let the daily payment accrue.

That appears to be the case, yes. It says so in the blurb: between certain hours, a UFO will spawn at a certain location. The calendar will tell you which UFO will spawn, and the map shows you where each UFO will spawn. So, for today, UFO 1 will spawn. Go to the spot on the map marked "1", between the correct hours, and the UFO should spawn.
However, due to timezones and whatnot, it's advised to wait a bit, until the Rockstar servers have caught up

I make demolition derby tracks using the land race creator, we build a basic race course and then build a demolition derby arena off to the side and run our event and then finish the race. I’m running into an issue where I place certain props down and it changes the damage to the cars. It doesn’t say they are stunt props, but I’m pretty sure they change the race into a stunt race without changing the title. Anyway to get around that? I delete the props I think are the issue and the race still acts weird with vehicle damage no matter what..
