@hollow cobalt according to the website you should still be able to steal it from the street. Some of them might be a bit hard to spawn. I recommend you look up the car name and spawn locations in you tube. That’s where I go to find out which areas to look at.

Volotal and alkonost are big, they both have very cool liveries. Both get bombs and CM, and the volatol also gets 1-2 (i forgor) mg turrets. also its a vulcan, so thats a plus.
Bombushka is slow and not very well armored. It gets bombs, a few turrets around the plane that are explosive (like on the valkiry) and cm with JATO.
It does however, have a cargo bay. sadly since rockstar hates fun you can only actually use it if you have no upgrades on it besides the handling, engine and color (just the normal stuff). its fun, can be usefull in some weird situations.
they dont even get more bombs then every other plane/heli, its dumb

You have to learn the guard and camera patterns. If you kill a guard inside one of those patterns you will alert them. Keep in mind that once you grab the primary fresh guards will spawn.
