You have to buy kosatka and while choosing approach Kosatka is best its easiest one and do it duo with a Experienced guy for help. Also choose aggresor loadout. Its also one of the best. For proper guide go on YouTube.

It can take longer to do set up if you don't have sparrow, mk2 or flying vehicles though. Since you have to bring set up items back to kosatka and yes there is a Replay glitch. This heist can give from 1.1M to even 1.4-1.6M depending How what item you get and How much cut you give to your friend.

You can't be locked on to so that's kind of a bonus. I have a bunch of cars I collected as a low level and in a full lobby with the best specs it gives like 350k for 50k spent and you gotta have 3 ppl

I've found that Randoms I invite to help me (slave labour) don't crash as much. I've only spent 6k max on damages

You must buy all the cargo business. I belive it's bunker or special cargo (cant remember which), and all the mc businesses. Once you do that it will passively accrue goods over a time frame of 6 in game hours for full. Then you sell it with cargo vehicles. You can buy bigger vehicles for selling more quantities at once on warstock. These vehicles are called the mule custom and the phantom custom. They will be stored in your nightclub garage A And you can upgrade them there too for weapons and Armour.

Oh and you have to assign technicians to accrue the goods you want in your nightclub computer. You can have 5 technicians and a total of 7 businesses I think

Ngl, I like Night Club. You don't do sh*. You still earn money. On other hand bunker you have to spend money to supply again and again. In night Club once you buy them you don't spend money ever gain. Just stay back and relax. Though Night Club is expensive. Since you need 5 business atleast to make it one of the best.

Buying the property that’s on sale for the week is a good way to save money but it really depends on what you have and what you enjoy doing. Cargo warehouse takes a lot of work to fill up. I tend to fill the warehouses slowly and leave them at 77 crates until it goes double money. I can’t see myself filling 5 warehouses in one week.

So if you have the money and have the time to invest in sourcing and selling crates this week then go for it.

If you have a controller, you can go in stealth mode and rubberband the sticks together and go afk and it'll go up.

Strength, load up a Gerald contact mission and go to the beach and punch away. The missions stops wanted levels so you can do it fairly easily.
